| Finbar - his new name - had arrived at the end of his road, 3
years old. He was a stray in a remote GA pound and had no chance
of getting adopted, not enough homes, too many litters of puppies everywhere.
His gentle,sad eyes caught the attention of a local rescuer and she took
a picure and asked if we could take him North to find a home for him.
Should be easy, he is such a communicator and well behaved. Only he tested
positive for heart worm infection. Now he will have his first treatment
and in a few weeks another one, and by that time the parasites should have
been dispatched. He appears very healthy. loves to run and play,
and he is an expert at openeing gates that are not latched. Goes
on a brief joy run, returns immediately when called . True herding dog.
He looks like a Collie, maye some Autralian Shephard mixed in, very intelligent.
Crate trained and house trained. Altered and fully vaccinated.
